• Imexlink.lk is not responsible for transactions between buyers and sellers.

4. Buying a Vehicle

• Buyers should verify all vehicle details before purchasing.
• Imexlink.lk does not offer guarantees or warranties for listed vehicles.
• Buyers and sellers must handle payments directly; Imexlink.lk is not responsible for financial transactions.

5. Vehicle Import & Pre-Order Appointments

• Users can pre-order imported vehicles via our platform.
• Pre-orders are subject to availability and supplier conditions.
• Imexlink.lk is not liable for delays or changes in the import process.
• The advance payment is non-refundable.
• The total payable amount is subject to change due to foreign currency exchange rates, government taxes, and changes in clearing or banking charges, etc.
• There could be unavoidable changes to the time taken for the vehicle to reach the customer due to shipping or clearing delays, etc.
• The customer is responsible for making all payments at the required times.

6. Prohibited Activities
Users must not:

• Post false, misleading, or fraudulent vehicle listings.
• Use the platform for illegal activities, spam, or scams.
• Violate intellectual property rights of others.

7. Payments & Fees

• Imexlink.lk may charge fees for premium listings or promotions.
• All payments made for platform services are non-refundable.
• Advance payments made for vehicle pre-orders are non-refundable (see Section 5).

8. Limitation of Liability

• Imexlink.lk is not responsible for any losses, damages, or disputes arising from transactions on the platform.
• We do not guarantee the accuracy, availability, or safety of listed vehicles.

9. Privacy & Data Protection

• Your use of this website is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
• We take reasonable steps to protect user data, but we are not liable for breaches beyond our control.

10. Changes to Terms

• Imexlink.lk reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time.
• Continued use of our platform implies acceptance of any changes.
